Hatha is generally slow, holding poses for several breaths, allowing for detailed instruction and grounding.
Starting from Thursday 9th April we welcome a new Yoga teacher to our ballroom, Jenny Souter for a new course of 4 Hatha Yoga sessions on a Thursday. That’s the 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th April 2026.
£40 for the block of 4.
