    Come and enjoy a morning of well-being with Sasha Buckman-Barbour in the beautiful grounds of Heath Farm.
    Start your morning with an energising yet restorative yoga practice in a giant tipi impervious to the weather or under the parachute canopy.
    Enjoy some light refreshments before a short walk through the goat field to the spring fed lake, perfect for a wild water swim.
